Meet Patrick Lane

A graduate of UCD and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Patrick started the accountancy firm that bears his name in 1983.

Other notable events of that year include the kidnap of Shergar from the Ballymany Stud in Co. Kildare, Gerry Adams’ election as the new MP for Belfast West and the opening of Ireland’s first motorway, the Naas bypass.

Needless to say, much has changed in Ireland in the intervening years. However, Patrick’s unique client-centric approach to accountancy has remained absolutely steadfast.

Background
Patrick Lane founded the business in 1983. A graduate of UCD and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Patrick earned a reputation for no nonsense hard work on behalf of his clients. His clients have described him as the one that frees them up to run their business knowing that they have a safe pair of hands looking after their interests. Over the years as Patrick’s business grew, he ensured that the team he built around him shared this client centred philosophy.
